As we integrate advanced cloud-monitoring abilities and AI-driven "Eye in the Sky" maintenance systems into our yachts, we prioritize the highest standards of data integrity and client confidentiality.

1. Data Collection & The "Eye in the Sky" Program

To provide our industry-leading 7-year support package, we collect specific operational data from your vessel:

• Propulsion Metrics: Real-time data from Sodium-Ion battery systems and turbine outputs to ensure peak 16-knot performance.
   

• Safety Monitoring: 24/7 cloud-based tracking of hull integrity and safety protocols for our Explorer and Superfly ranges.
   

• Maintenance Logistics: Predictive analysis to schedule OEM servicing before issues arise, managed by your dedicated build Project Manager.
   

2. International Data Sovereignty

As a global entity with manufacturing and sales operations in the UAE, Vietnam, Europe, and the USA, we adhere to cross-border data protection regulations:

• Secure Storage: All vessel and client data are stored on encrypted servers with multi-factor authentication.

• Global Compliance: We align our data handling with international standards to ensure your privacy is protected across all jurisdictions.

3. Strategic Information Sharing

We value the trust of our 7,000-broker network and our global clientele:

​

• Limited Access: Your data is only accessible to authorized technical teams and your personal Project Manager.

• No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell your personal or vessel data to third-party marketing firms. Information is used strictly to enhance your yachting experience and ensure vessel safety.
   

4. Client Control

You maintain full transparency regarding the data harvested by our Zero-Gasoline propulsion systems. Clients may request a full audit of their vessel’s cloud history or adjust the level of remote monitoring at any time through their Marine Warrior Executive Advisor.

5. Structural Integrity & Bulkhead Warranty Statement

1. Engineering Standards & CE Compliance

Finish Line Boats hereby warrants that all structural bulkheads are engineered and manufactured to exceed CE Category A (Ocean) standards. While Category A defines the requirement for significant wave heights above 4 meters and wind speeds exceeding Beaufort Force 8, our vessels are purpose-built for extreme blue-water endurance.

The structural reinforcement of each bulkhead is calculated to withstand loads significantly higher than the minimum safety coefficients required by international regulatory bodies, ensuring an unparalleled margin of safety for transoceanic passages.

2. Anti-Racking Design & Torsional Rigidity

A primary focus of our construction protocol is the elimination of racking—the lateral deformation of the hull under heavy sea states.

• Integrated Grid System: Our bulkheads are not merely partitions but are integral components of a reinforced structural grid.

• Torsional Stiffness: By utilizing advanced bonding techniques and strategic reinforcement at high-stress intersection points, we ensure the vessel maintains its geometric shape even when subjected to the diagonal twisting forces of offshore swells.

• Force Distribution: Our bulkheads are designed to distribute kinetic energy throughout the hull liner and stringer system, preventing localized stress fractures and maintaining the seal of all joinery and cabinetry.

3. Construction Without Compromise

In the pursuit of sea-kindliness and longevity, we adhere to a "Zero-Compromise" manufacturing philosophy:

• Material Selection: We utilize only high-grade, marine-certified composites and core materials that provide superior strength-to-weight ratios compared to standard industry offerings.

• Full-Tab Bonding: Every primary bulkhead is hand-laid and fully tabbed to the hull and deck. We do not rely on "floating" or "spot-bonded" systems that are prone to movement over time.

• Precision Alignment: Each bulkhead is precision-aligned using laser-guided tolerances to ensure that the structural "skeleton" of the boat is perfectly true, providing the ultimate foundation for autonomous systems and long-range propulsion.

4. Warranty Coverage

Finish Line Boats stands behind this structural architecture with a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failure of the bulkhead system.

We guarantee that under normal and offshore operating conditions, the structural integrity of the vessel’s bulkheads will remain intact, ensuring the safety of the crew and the performance of the vessel for 15 years of global exploration.
